When you engage our garment fitting and alteration services, you are automatically entitled to the following guarantees:

Acceptable Quality

Our alteration services will be of acceptable quality. This means the work will be:

  • Fit for all the purposes for which services of that kind are commonly supplied
  • Free from minor defects
  • Safe and durable
  • Completed with reasonable care and skill
Fit for Purpose

Our services will be fit for any particular purpose that you made known to us, either expressly or by implication. If you tell us you need alterations for a specific event or purpose, we will ensure the work meets that requirement.

Reasonable Time

We will complete the alteration services within a reasonable time. We will inform you of the expected completion time and keep you updated if there are any delays.
