At drozelonchomrinn, we are committed to providing high-quality garment alteration services. We stand behind our work and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every alteration project.
If you are not satisfied with the alterations performed, please contact us within seven days of receiving your garment. We will work with you to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments at no additional charge, provided the requested changes are reasonable and within the scope of the original agreement.
Given the custom nature of alteration services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to resolve your concerns through revisions, we will discuss refund options. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days.
To be eligible for revisions or refunds, garments must be returned in the same condition as when they left our studio. Alterations requested after the initial service may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to assess each situation individually.
